Jerry (Jay T) Terry serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for 3 Jays Enterprise LLC (Activities ranging from Cyber Solution Consulting, Great American Cookies Franchisee, 4 Jays Ice Cream and Shakes, and Chief’s Corner Bakery). Jay is a community champion for veterans, children, and adults. Jay holds an MBA/MPM/MA and is a 24-year Navy retiree and a National Security Agency retired executive, a career spanning 36 years of federal service (Cyber Security Expert). He has garnered hundreds of hours of leadership training, coaching, mentorship, and therapeutic techniques to help people. Jay's passion comes from a purpose-driven life born out of his special needs son. His mission-driven restaurant concepts aim to create an inclusive environment where people with developmental disabilities can build a future. He strongly advocates for the value, acceptance, and inclusion of hiring people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Jay's key objective is to make the world a better place for military families and their children living with disabilities.
